Often when we think of the finer culinary traditions of France we tend to think of Lyon or Paris, but you might be surprised to learn that there is a rich history of fine cuisine in the South West of France also.

If you would like to improve your classic cuisine skills, you need look no further than the French House Party in Carcassonne, and you’ll probably find it is a lot less expensive than a similar class in Paris or Lyon. After a 20-year career at some of France’s finest Michelin starred restaurants, Jean-Marc will to pass on to you his love and knowledge of fine cuisine. Chocolate and Patisserie is with Gregory Legros who has established an International following after working at many 5 star Hotels around the World, he is a tutor for aspiring Chefs at a local culinary academy in Carcassonne, and has built up quite the reputation with his made to order special occasion cake business. For the dessert lovers Remi Touja is an inspired choice of tutor, after spending years cultivating his craft Remi won the 2013 Sucre d’Or national patisserie championships, and since 2016 he has operated his own Patisserie shop in Carcassonne to much acclaim.
